SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the SMS/text messaging program (“SMS Program”) offered by CG Legal Technologies, LLC (“CG Legal Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to our SMS Program, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Website Terms & Conditions.

1. Program Description

CG Legal Tech’s SMS Program provides case-related updates, information requests, reminders, and other communications on behalf of your attorney or legal representative. Message frequency varies depending on case activity.

2. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your mobile service provider.

3. Opt-In

By signing our SMS consent form or otherwise providing written consent, you agree to receive text messages from CG Legal Tech at the phone number you provided.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any CG Legal Tech text message. After you send “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further messages unless you re-enroll.

5. Help Instructions

If you need assistance regarding the SMS Program, reply HELP to any CG Legal Tech message for instructions, or email us at support@cglegaltech.com.

6. Supported Carriers & Delivery

We are able to deliver messages to most major and minor U.S. mobile carriers. Delivery is subject to each carrier’s network capabilities. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
